Completely designed from the ground up to exceed the economic, environmental, and operational requirements of the twenty-first century, almost everything is in place for a new owner to take over. A life-long dream of its owner and builder, Mr. Felix Stephens, he was not able to see it finished. Unfortunately, Mr. Stephens passed away July 12, 2018.
